Quality vs. Quantity?

I think I should make this quote my motto as I work on increasing my quantity of writing each day.... "...quantity produces quality. Only if you do a lot will you ever be any good. Lot's of pondering about writing

Regular writing.

I am trying to do this - to write every single day now. Next month I have signed up for an escalating word challenge where the required word count goes up every day of the month. Oh my!
