Day 15 – Making a mess in the kitchen

I had a desire for pizza tonight. As I follow a wheat free diet, I went to the health food shop after work to buy some wheat free pizza bases, but they had sold out. Two weeks have simply flown by and even the first strict week of my diet doesn’t seem so bad in retrospect. Day 10 – Cravings

Today I am craving sweet things. I had fruit salad for lunch, a lovely mix of melons and strawberries, hoping it would fix my craving, but it didn’t. I have lost 2" off my hips! That makes me exceptionally happy and I now know why I can fit into some pants I haven't worn for awhile. I got on the scales this morning and the kg I lost had not come back on, so I was happy!
