Day 37 - Low cost, low fat meals for one

Because of a number of bills falling due today, I have to stick to a very tight budget for the next two weeks, so I am trying to think of low cost, low fat, healthy meals for one. Day 33 – Pancakes!

Usually I only make pancakes when my boys are visiting, but today I woke up with a craving for them, so that’s what I had for breakfast, or rather for brunch as I only had breakfast at around 2pm. Day 31 - Soul Food required
