Day 6 – Still on track
I got on the scales this morning and the kg I lost had not come back on, so I was happy! I went for my morning walk, would have liked to make it longer than 30 minutes, but I had a busy day so that was out of the question. Breakfast was homemade muesli with low fat yoghurt. I didn’t get lunch today...
