There's a fine line between pleasure and pain

On Monday after work I completed the paperwork to join the gym and on Tuesday I attended for the first time. How unfit am I! It's been three years since I regularly attended a gym and boy can I feel it! I've had to reprogram myself to accept that I can no longer use the weights I used to use. I'm... About this Blog
In January 2004,I was Suddenly Single, Forty Something and Female. My original blog was called just that and writing each post helped me to move on and begin again, despite fighting emotional heartache, mental stress and debt.
