mirror, mirror... What the...???

Wow! It has been a long time since I posted here! Life has led me elsewhere, a lot, and I have followed... With a few forays back this way to check on things, and post a picture or two. Sometimes, it's about the body.

It's such an easy thing to sit back and meditate your problems away. In fact, it is amazing how many physical troubles can suddenly resolve themselves, when one makes mediation a regular, daily practice, and gets energies flowing in the right directions, and cleans out the obstructions and takes out the trash. But sometimes, when there is a complaint from the body or the mind, or emotions, it really is a body problem, and will most easily and effectively be resolved by a physical or medical... How is energy replaced if we send healings...

Why can't I see when I close my eyes?

I've been asked about the ability to see clearly-- clairvoyantly, psychically, remotely--and why the trick to it seems to be so elusive. It's an question with a lot of answers, at a lot of different levels. I always hated the one about learning to walk before turning hand-springs, so I won't give you that one this time... "How can I use energy to read my energy?"

Thanks, Jeremy, for another question that continues the topic... When you ground & center, and run your energy to clear your energy system of blocks and detritus, your energy system works better. It's like cleaning the fuel lines of a vehicle. When your system works better all around, then your perceptions on all levels are clearer, too. A Question... For millenia, I have awaited a Question...

Hmm... You'll have to be a die-hard STAR TREK fan from the Original Years, to appreciate that title... Tolerating the intolerable...

keeping silent in the face of unjust accusation; taking the slap in the face without resisting or responding; disagreeing passionately--but never aloud... Never, ever speaking Truth to Power.. I tried something new today...

So many kinds of meditation! I've been questioning the dynamics of each that I have learned, and how they all relate. Sometimes I practice one, sometimes another, sometimes I have tried bringing them together. It has never clicked, though, how to create common ground between them. I'm thinking about death today

As I mentioned the other day, on Wednesday evening, my sister's husband passed quietly from life. I hardly know what to say to my sister, or to our mother, who is really her mother and my stepmother.
