Rethink Your Sense of Entitlement
Straighforward's post on domestic work and payment inspired this comment which developed into an entry here... We really need to appreciate more that anyone comes along and cleans up after everyone else. Imagine the ball park if no one did that, or a class room, or any of the bazillion places we go every day of our lives, mess up a little or a lot, drop a wrapper or cigarette butt, or don't bother to clean up after our pets... and let's not even imagine road-kills that just sit in the summer sun...
