Goofy question. What is it about clowns that scare many kids and adults alike? Clowns have never scared me but I know Stephen King wrote a five pound book entitled "It" about a scary clown and I see a link from Kent, Great Britain about clown mask wearing people are scaring kids over on the Drudge...
