A peaceful island in the Maroochy river

We kayaked across the river to the island today and it was beautiful. We went during the low tide, so as not to have to paddle too far, and the beach was fantastic. The island is now a park and no buildings are on it. It as natural as can be, with the mangroves growing all around on the shoreline,... Sign in to see full entry.
