So much Sun in this sunny country!

Why is it that there are not more Aussies using solar panels? We went to visit two couples, friends of my bro-in-law, who have been using solar panels for 20 years, probably more in the case of one of them, and to our surprise, they both told us that, nop, once installed, the systems don't need much...
