Teacups and Politness

I have notice on my walks with the dog, that the owners of small 2 oz dogs (if you can call these little teacup size, dogs) do not think it necessary to pick up after them. I've also notice that they seem to let them pi everywhere they feel like it. And I find that very rude and really anti-social.... Sign in to see full entry.
