Can anyone help me?

Here's the deal: I've got the exercise routine down pat. I actually enjoying working out and do so at least three or four times a week. It's the eating I can't control. It's easier for me to extend my workout or add another day than it is to cut down on food. I need to loose at least 20 pounds, but... Sign in to see full entry.
