I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SAY THIS, BUT I SIMPLY LOVE MORNINGS
As I look at the clock, I can't help but think how wonderful it is to get so much done before the chickens get up...(don't tell Mr. Ariala and Bamboo I called them that ), but truly, the cats are still sleeping, or at least went back to bed after breakfast. WORKING OFF THOSE CALORIES
I think it's much easier to eat right and not exercise than to eat too much and then try to work off those extra calories! This morning I jogged 10 minutes straight on the treadmill at an incline.
