YOGA YOGA

So the other day I bought myself a "Yoga in a box" kit. It was at the thrift store and I thought, "Why not?" It was bran new. I have a yoga mat and enjoy meditation, so I bought the kit for $5 (Regularly $24.95 retail!) It came with two CDs, some incense, a candle and a whole stack of yoga position... HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU DRINK?

I have a tendency of not drinking enough water and then suffering with issues related to dehydration. It's no fun having bladder/kidney or urinary tract infections, so lately I've been forcing myself to drink more water as well as add "smart water" to my liquid balance. These drinks provide...
