THE IGNORANT GARDENER

Unlike my mom who knew flowers and plants so well, I'm one of those people who gardens "intuitively." That is to say, if I like what it looks like, I buy it and plant it, hoping I planted it in the right spot. I don't know why some plants want full sun and others prefer shade.
