DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY MY CALLING CARD FEATURE IS TURNED OFF?

I've been informed people can't leave me calling cards...they could 11 days ago, but I haven't gotten any since then, and now I'm told that feature doesn't exist in my blogs...how does it just disappear like that?
