SOMETIMES STUPIDITY RULES DUE TO SKEPTICISM AND MOCKERY

Back in the 1990s, it was discovered that the military had a program that was considered by skeptics as ridiculous and equal to witchcraft. As a result, it was dropped like a hot potato. The program?
