Saturday, March 8, 2008My Fantasy Restaurant IV - The Main Event - Beef and PorkI am not a huge beef eater, especially not in most restuarants. If I tell them to cook it medium rare its bloody and if I ask them to cook it medium its shoe leather. The best steaks I have ever had are filet minion off my brother in law's grill.
