Tlaquepaque (tla-kay-PAH-kay) is where the tourists go to wander and eat and buy things. Famous artists have their outlets there, Bustamante and Padilla, for example. The Clay Museum in there, it is all artesanias really. Marimba bands play, an old woman and her son or nephew who are both blind play and sing, for decades now, and little birdies tell your fortune and it is always dire, for some reason!!!
