Circuit City, bought out...........by Blockbuster, maybe, probably, uh huh. All those rich people's places to shop are goin' down now that there are fewer rich people to buy their Veblen priced goods. Buying a popsicle from the Paletero walking down the street here in town can be just as yummy as a $4 scoop of ice cream at Santa Barbara's Ice Cream Parlor. Making my own coffee exactly my way is much better than a $5 cup at Starbuck's. AND, I still have money in my pocket at the end of my ice... Sign in to see full entry.
