Today is my birthday and we're about to hit the town and paint it red.
I asked the grandchildren, when they asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I asked them if they could come and spend one day and night at my house, just the five of us, as my birthday present. They all begged their parents and so it is, so it shall be. They all arrive in ten minutes, so I have to run. I have dressed warmly. We shall begin the day by going to see the exhibit of the shoes of the soldiers who have died in Iraq, only because I like installations and to begin things soberly. I hope...
