I would just like to say that conscientious foster moms are blessings.
I was helping out my friend, trying to re-organize her paperwork in her office for the foster care that she does. She has a new little girl and must make room in the file cabinets for her papers where the last girl, now too old for foster care, used to have her papers filed. When the kids turn 18 they are fairly abandoned by the system if they let go of it. The last girl quit high school and is now foot loose and fancy free, whatever that means. It is not good.
