Upset by library charges. They are to notify me via email when books
are overdue. I either received no notification or went to the site and found it down and not accepting renewals at that time. I can't remember which as it was weeks and weeks ago, during the Christmas holidays and I am old. Now, I fear that I cannot take out more books because the fines are so high and I am too poor this month to pay them. Will they believe my story that I didn't get the notice or that I tried and their server was down? I hope so because one or the other is the truth, I just...
