Carnaval in Brasil approaches and I remember how it was in the old days...
Rio Carnaval has paraades like this now, but it used to be like this, and is no longer. The real citizens of Rio have watched tourists change their celebrations, make them solely sexual and fairly stupid at the private balls, so they all and I mean all leave town. For a great older feeling Carnaval, I would recommend Bahia, Maranhao or Ceara'.
