SARCASTIC SALESPEOPLE lose customers and money for their stores.

My elderly sisters and I walked into a Mexican art gallery and artesanias shop in Puerto Vallarta last week. One salesgirl, from Canada and who had started work there two days previously, walked up to us and said, "What lovely shopping bags you carry!" She was putting us down as idiots and making...
