Hit and Run, Exercising my Brain, too
I am watching more television now, because I bought an exercise machine that wants me to walk miles on it, “fly running” I call it when I go faster. I placed the darned thing in front of the television set and watch the news or C-SPAN while going at it. So, of course, I am more upset than ever...
