When okayed for free medical care, it doesn't always mean that.
The letter said, start date 6-10-2010 and I received it on the 8-25-2010. they decided to make it today's date as start date when I went to register it at the poor people's clinic which I go to when desperate. Why? No one knew, there was nothing I could do. No one told me to go register the event...
