VICTORY IS MINE! Or....how to gain 4 1/2 pounds in ten minutes.

I am a competitive soul by nature. I consider it one of my virtues. About this Blog

This is an arena in which the raw, uncensored Alf will emerge. I have deleted almost all of my other blogs...it is here, in these remaining three that you will get to know me if you look closely. I have undergone a change in life. Passed yet another milestone in my development as a human.
