To Sue or Not to Sue? (Vioxx)

I found out that one of my medications has been recalled by Merck. I have been taking that medication for a year or so. Now they come out and say, It may cause heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolism! Great!! Is that why, my legs & ankles have swollen to were I couldn't walk two months ago. Is...
