Pay-Per-Poo

Anybody else around here old enough to remember pay toilets? Who knows? Maybe, they still have them in some places. While they weren't all that commonplace when I was growing up, I did come across them every now and then. My cousin Phil (almost eight years older than I am) was eating with his folks...
