I made it...barely...

Yep...
I excercised all week, but on Tuesday I pulled a muscle in my left leg and in my right arm. I went back and tried to exercise on Wednesday, but it hurt. I tried to take it easy and tried doing something different, but ended up cutting it about 20 minutes short. I stayed home from work on Thursday...

Still doing it...even with crap getting in my way
Last night I was tired...no, not tired, exhausted would be a better word, but I went up and exercised anyway. I stayed up way too late last night and had way too much wine. I am dead at work today. I do plan to work out, however. I, of course, worked out yesterday after I was done with the PT job.
