Who gave me this fever????? IS THAT MY NBOMT?????

I have fever.....I was slept at noon for couple of hours and woke up with a dream about my mother...I miss her....In MY DREAM " Mom was well, she did talk to me clearly, said need some AYURVEDA MEDICINE......."
