Oy - a turn for the worse!

I started out ok Breakfasted on a mustardized Subway veggie delite wrap dumped into a bowl of minestrone. 8 WW points. I had a Burger King cheese bacon sausage omelet for breakfast (15 points). a smoochie skin shake with a nutri blast and a grape soda chaser and a 4.5 fruit smoothie. Yesterday at Weight Watchers, Meat Market Meeting

Ricardo 8AM Saturday meeting in the MeaT pACKING dISTRICT OF Manhattan's Chelsea was packed to the rafters yesterday, not surprisingly. Scale Surprises

Yesterday I treadmilled it again at the gym for 75 minutes in toto, then swam. I ate over my Weight Watchers point allotment and to my surprise, when I weighed myself this AM I had actually lost three pounds, which seemed unjustified by my own reckoning. Who knows? Yesterday, while whiling away time up at Thec Museum of The City of New York, I tried a concoction that looked interesting, if overpriced (five bucks). Oatmeal, soy milk, banana and honey. Weight Watchers Weight Loss Progress.

Today I went again to Ricardo's meeting. He is so nice plus very very intelligent and articulate and enthusiastic! So far, since I started there 11/20/06 I've lost 5.8 pounds. Ten more to go.
