Woman Speaker of Parliament voted best person of 2011
The first ever woman speaker of Uganda's parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has been voted best public perfomer of 2011. I Have always believed women to be the shapers of this world, even shapers of men, only if they weren't shy. I see her affirming my belief. What do you think? Sign in to see full entry.
