knee !

Hello all, My knee is on the mend (no doubt) today is having a bad day. I done my stretches twice and stood up and gone to the bathroom ok but it feels worst than yesterday. I just took too few pain killers yesterday so I'm taking more today. I guess this injury isn't going to hurry up and heal... Sign in to see full entry.
